Gitta Van Bennekom
Gitta Van Bennekom attended the University of Nijmegen in the Netherlands and graduated in 1984. Coming from the Netherlands, she grew up speaking 5 languages. In 1986 she chose to live in the Los Angeles area. In 1987 Gitta received her California real estate license and has received many awards during her 25 years of Experience. In 2010, she received her degree in Paralegal studies with concentration on corporation and litigation at UCLA .
Currently she is working with Remax Grand in Tarzana, CA and she is specializing in Commercial as well as Residential Real Estate. With over 25 years experience, Gitta has sold many shopping centers, office buildings, apartment buildings and homes in California and other states. She has sold many foreclosed properties, negotiated over one hundred short sales, and has been one of the top producers at Remax. In 2008 she received the national outstanding achievement award for the top 5% agents of Remax Nationwide.
She is always striving for high quality Seller and Buyer representation, and she has a great staff providing her all the necessary tools for marketing and locating properties.
Gitta is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and attends many conferences, socializes with other brokers and gets updated information about the most current real estate trends. She has the ability to provide special client services, access to the most updated databases, owners have the ability to choose various marketing assignments, she has a full scale marketing and research team, with marketing techniques to serve the Seller and Buyer, reaching client objectives.
